Before

I want to give everyone a picture tour of the 'before' so you can fully appreciate the 'after.' Some of these pictures are from the listing, and some of them were taken shortly after we moved in. Let's start with the best of them - the exterior shots:

It has certainly got some curb appeal with those flowering trees. Here is a view from the other side:

And here is a shot of the pool in the back, with a good view of the sun room:

Oh, but sadly, the interior is not so up-to-date. For this I will start with the worse of it - the kitchen:

With the black paisley wall paper and the orange tile counter tops, I would say it is hard to name the worse part of this kitchen, but that is easy. It's the carpet. This carpet continues into the family room:

In addition to the family room, our home also has a Living Room:

The Living Room is slightly raised from the other rooms on the ground floor by two or three steps. Here is a shot from the Dining Room showing off the steps:

The Living Room is also connected to the Foyer:

The Foyer has some really awesome dark wood details, but it also has some very dated tile. Wah Wah. The Foyer opens to the Dining Room, Living Room, and Family Room. Overall, the layout of the house is awesome and something we really love. Heading up the stairs to our left, we have all four bedrooms on the same floor. Here is the Master:

That is a wall of cork paneling on the left there, but it has nothing on the wood paneling that is located in the third bedroom:
